I act as a trusted adviser to SMEs, providing outsourced FD consultancy solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. My part time FD packages cover all aspects of financial strategy, including health checks, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

I have over 20 years’ experience in senior accounting roles in a variety of industries. But throughout my career, my focus has been on providing professional services to help SMEs grow, systemise, and understand the added value of financial management.
